| HEREFORD REBOUND
- IN what is becoming a bit of a Christmas
tradition, The British Forces Foundation returned to Hereford and the home

| FREE VIDEO LINK-UP
- AS a special birthday treat, Forces Reunited,
which celebrated its fourth anniversary on 11 November 2005, will be offering
a free video link-up between troops serving in Afghanistan or Iraq and their

| CARTIER POLO
CUP - A TEAM from Great Britain competed
against the USA at Houston Polo Club for the Cartier Polo Cup, an event
in aid of The British Forces Foundation. Dubbed 'A Royal Match', the event
was full of pomp and pageantry and provided a day to remember for all those

| DINNER & AUCTION - A
DINNER and auction, hosted at the Cavalry and Guards Club in Piccadilly
by Royal Bank of Scotland Retail Banking and Drummonds Private Banking,
raised more than £13,000 for The British Forces Foundation. Falklands
veteran, Simon Weston OBE, was guest of honour. |

| RAF DIGBY-
RAF Digby’s Party in the Park proved to be
another memorable event and a fantastic boost for The British Forces Foundation.
Thousands flocked to the base in Lincolnshire for a day of fun and entertainment
which has so far raised more than £10,000 for charity. Click

| RUNDLE CUP -
THE annual Rundle Cup Day at Tidworth Polo Club
proved another thrilling family day out. The Army and Royal Navy dished
up a memorable clash, while HRH The Prince of Wales and O/Cdt Wales donned
the CSPA colours for the ICOA Trophy in aid of The British Forces Foundation.

HMS Argyll was the venue for the latest British
Forces Foundation concert when she visited The Gulf. Charity Chairman

| LONDON MARATHON - AN
intrepid team of British Forces Foundation runners completed the gruelling
2005 London Marathon. The weary-legged trio all crossed the finishing line
with very respectable times and in doing so raised money for the charity.

Grafton when she arrived in Dubai for a few days in February. Jim, accompanied

British Forces Foundation flew out to Africa for a five-day tour in Sierra
Leone entertaining the men and women of the International Military Advisory
and Training Team. The highlight of the visit was a show for the troops
