Heart-felt message for the troops
Stars from stage, screen, sport, music and television joined forces with members of the British public and The British Forces Foundation to deliver a very special Christmas message to troops away from family and loved ones over the festive period.
Little Britain's David Walliams and Matt Lucas, Sir MIchael Parkinson, Sir Alex Ferguson, The Saturdays, Johnny Wilkinson and Lulu were just some of those who sent their season's greetings by way of the special BFF dvd which was included in all 23,000 UK4U gift boxes presented to servicemen and women in places like Afghanistan on Christmas Day.
"I can't tell you how much I admire you and everyone in this country owes you everything. What you're doing for the nation is fantastic."
